In the words of Thich Nhat Hanh, Nirvana is “the removal of wrong perceptions and notions” and “ideas that serve the base of misunderstanding and suffering”. Essentially, it is the “freedom from views”:

    To me Thich Nhat Hanh really teaches freedom and peace. He is a wise teacher for all human beings, being religious or non-religious
